Ryan is the founder of Lambda AV, backed by a lifetime of technical experience. His journey began at age seven, volunteering in church tech with his father. In college he worked for PBS, and following college he spent seven years leading live production for corporate events. A former District 20 teacher of five years, Ryan now blends professional precision with a personal touch. When he isn’t designing systems, he’s mountain biking or enjoying life with his wife and daughter.

Trevor’s passion for AV started with audio at age 14 in his church. This early passion drove him to master various AV aspects. Since 2010, he has worked extensively in theater and houses of worship, handling roles like front-of-house and live stream audio mixing, post-production, video switching, camera operation, rigging, and stage design. Since joining Lambda, Trevor has led hundreds of AV installations, from small rooms to full campus projects.

Jacob serves as Lambda’s Lead Technical Designer, bringing a visionary edge honed during his years as a lighting designer for New Life Church. A specialist in “complex simplicity,” Jake drives Lambda’s control system designs, transforming intricate technical environments into intuitive, single-button solutions. His background in building immersive experiences ensures every project is as innovative as it is reliable. In his off time, Jake swaps high-tech for high altitudes, enjoying hiking, rock climbing, and quality time with his wife and kids.

Jewell is Lambda AV’s office administrator and keeps daily operations running smoothly with a variety of detail and organizational skills. Jewell enjoys meeting people and working with both clients and vendors directly at various points in projects. Outside of work, she enjoys Colorado’s outdoors and a community-focused lifestyle. As the in-house plant expert, her desk reflects her love for nature and the reason for the office plant limit.
