Our Commitment to Service:
  • During Warranty: We guarantee your room remains functional through rapid RMA processing, the provision of spare equipment, and minor operational adjustments.
  • Post-Warranty Support: Even for failed equipment outside of the warranty period, we offer diagnosis, repair processing, and can usually restore its functionality, typically for a small service fee.

  • Free Confidence Check: We provide a complimentary confidence check before any event to confirm all equipment is operating correctly.
  • Free Training: To ensure your staff is always comfortable and confident with the equipment, we offer free training sessions, year after year.

While it’s not necessary for you to literally be present during the entire installation process, we will need to have someone on staff let us into the room, and be available via phone if we have questions.

Every installation is different, but we generally work 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Thursday.
