Why do I need an on-site visit? Can't I just describe my challenge over the phone?
To provide you with the most accurate proposal, we recommend an on-site visit. This allows our expert to assess the space, discuss your specific needs, and customize a solution that fits them exactly.
How long does the visit take?
A typical on-site visit lasts 20 minutes to an hour depending on how much we need to see.
Who should be there for the visit, or do you need anyone at all?
We love to have as many “stakeholders” or those invested in using the space as possible. In a school, that might be a principal, a facilities person, and/or a teacher. In a church it might be a worship director, a pastor, a teaching team member, and even a regular sound volunteer.
Do you provide a quote on site after we meet?
We typically do not provide a quote on-site, as most systems have too many components to accurately assess on the spot. At the time of our site visit, we will give you an idea of when you will receive your quote.
