Our technical team is 100% volunteers with varying skill levels. Is this system going to be too complex for them?
We design for both technical and non technical users. By using custom-programmed touch panels and “One-Touch” presets, we can automate the complex parts of your audio, video, and lighting for use by a single untrained person for mid-week meetings while also being advanced and flexible enough for trained advanced staff on Sundays. Our goal is to make the technology “invisible” so your team can focus on the service, not the hardware.
We have a high turnover rate with our volunteers. How do we keep people trained?
This is why we created our Lifetime Free Training promise. As long as the system we installed is in place, we will return to train your new team members at no additional cost. We view ourselves as a long-term partner in your ministry’s success, not just a one-time contractor.
How can we justify the cost of a new system when we have other ministry needs?
We practice Stewardship-First Engineering. During our Physical Discovery, we identify which parts of your existing system are still high-quality and can be serviced or repurposed.
