After years of planning, Cross and Crown Church transitioned into a new facility designed to uphold their mission without the technology becoming a distraction. Lambda AV was tasked with selecting high-performance gear that blended into a modern, minimalistic aesthetic while remaining easy for volunteers to operate.
For audio, we collaborated with Danley Sound Labs to engineer a “dual-ring” delayed speaker system and flown subwoofers, providing perfectly even coverage and high intelligibility while keeping sound off hard surfaces. The video system features a striking 4:1 wide aspect ratio curved LED wall, providing high visibility in a challenging room with low ceilings. We also implemented a custom camera solution using Panasonic BGH1 Box cameras on Ronin moving heads for maximum quality with a small physical footprint.
Beyond the auditorium, we outfitted the lobby, classrooms, and a “Great Hall” with a flexible, combinable system. This allows five separate rooms to operate independently with their own mics and displays or join together as one large synchronized space.
