- Major Components: Due to the specialized nature of high-end AV gear, many larger pieces of equipment are only eligible for refund or exchange upon individual review and approval.
- Project Integrity: To maintain the highest standards of system reliability, all returned items must be in their original packaging and include all original accessories and documentation.
Exchanges: Managing Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify our team immediately. We prioritize swift exchanges for small equipment within the 30-day window to minimize any downtime for your facility. For larger, integrated components, we will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue through repair or replacement as dictated by their specific warranty and exchange policies.
Non-Returnable Items: Policy Exceptions and Non-Refundables
Certain aspects of our integration services and specific materials cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all custom-cut bulk wire, specialized cabling, and the professional labor associated with the design, engineering, and physical installation of your system. Once these resources are deployed to your site, they are considered final sales.
