Schedule a Site Visit
To fully understand your needs and organization, we offer a complimentary on-site visit. This face-to-face meeting allows us to see your space and meet with you directly, gathering the essential information required to develop a customized plan that is the perfect fit for you and your organization.
Site Visit
A technician familiar with your desired systems will arrive to take measurements, review existing functionality, and explore possibilities to realize your vision.
Proposal
The technician who assessed your space will compile a detailed proposal. This document will outline the new system's capabilities, specify the equipment to be utilized, and include the associated pricing.
Ordering
We arrange a partial deposit for the equipment, place all orders, and determine the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the gear.
Schedule Installation
Our scheduling team will contact you with the estimated equipment delivery dates. They will also explain the required installation time and work with you to schedule the ideal installation appointment. Additionally, we'll arrange a final walkthrough of your space to help visualize major changes and identify any potential oversights before the installation day. In the meantime we test each piece of equipment as it comes into the shop looking for early failures or issues.
Installation
The Lambda Team will arrive with all necessary equipment and tools. We will introduce you to your on-site point person and the entire crew. Our team works efficiently and respectfully, tidying up as we go until the project is complete. You will receive daily progress updates.
Training
The most exciting stage, in our opinion, is showcasing your new system and ensuring it's utilized to its maximum potential. We conduct comprehensive walkthroughs of various scenarios to guarantee you are fully prepared for the system's initial use. With any Lambda system, we offer a lifetime training guarantee, meaning we are always available to provide refresher training or assist new staff for as long as you own the equipment.

- During Warranty: We guarantee your room remains functional through rapid RMA processing, the provision of spare equipment, and minor operational adjustments.
- Post-Warranty Support: Even for failed equipment outside of the warranty period, we offer diagnosis, repair processing, and can usually restore its functionality, typically for a small service fee.

Is re-training free?
Yes

The room is pretty old, but I have some old paper plans, do you want them?
Yes we do! Bring any information and we can make copies or take pictures.
Do I need to watch the install team all day?
While it’s not necessary for you to literally be present during the entire installation process, we will need to have someone on staff let us into the room, and be available via phone if we have questions.
What hours does my room need to be available?
Every installation is different, but we generally work 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Thursday.
