Do you offer different packages or pricing tiers?
We don’t believe in “out-of-the-box” solutions. Because every room is different, we provide custom-tailored proposals with multiple equipment tiers based on your specific budget and performance goals. Whether you are looking for a foundational upgrade or a flagship integration, we ensure your investment is focused on high-impact results.
What happens if our staff changes and no one knows how to use the system?
This is a core part of the Lambda Brand Promise. We offer Lifetime Free Training for as long as you own a system installed by us. As your team rotates or new faculty members join, we will return to provide complimentary training so your organization never loses its technical edge.
How long does a typical project take from discovery to completion?
Our timelines vary by complexity, but most projects generally follow a 4–8 week rhythm. After our initial visit, you will receive a detailed quote within 1–2 weeks. Once the design is finalized and hardware is secured, the physical installation is typically completed in just a few days to minimize disruption to your daily operations.
Can you work with the equipment we already have, or do we need to start over?
We prioritize Total Lifecycle Care. Unlike companies that only want to sell new hardware, we expertly audit your existing infrastructure. If your current speakers, displays, or cabling are still high-performing, we will service and integrate them into the new system to maximize your budget and reduce unnecessary waste.
Do you rent equipment or provide AV services for live events?
Lambda AV focuses exclusively on permanent system installations and ongoing equipment maintenance. We do not offer short-term hardware rentals, nor do we provide on-site technical staff or gear for live events. However, if your upcoming event requires temporary production support or gear rentals, we work closely with a network of trusted rental and live-production partners and would be happy to connect you with the right team for the job.
